About the Property: We are a newly developed property that is fully leased, looking to add a customer-focused individual to our office team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone interested in property management with a desire to provide top-notch service to residents and assist in the smooth operation of a high-end property.

Job Description: As an Assistant Property Manager/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with a variety of office services, including answering phone calls, putting in work orders, meeting residents, and providing general administrative support to the Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Process work orders and track maintenance requests.
  • Meet and greet residents, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with resident inquiries, lease renewals, and move-ins.
  • Manage office supplies, paperwork, and resident files.
  • Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations as needed.
  • Ensure the office and common areas are organized and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management or leasing is a huge plus.
  • Experience with RealPage software is a huge plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personable, professional, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to work well with residents, team members, and vendors.
  • Comfortable with both sitting and standing for extended periods, as well as walking between office and property areas as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office management tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as necessary for the position.
  • Must be able to move about the property as needed to assist residents and staff.
