Job Title: Carpet Cleaning Technician (Full-Time)

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Compensation: $18-$30/hr DOE + Benefits (Up to $72,000/year)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekend availability required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking Carpet Cleaning Technicians for a high-end carpet and upholstery cleaning company in Wheat Ridge, CO. The ideal candidate will deliver five-star quality service, have a positive attitude, and be able to engage in smooth, pleasant conversations with clients. Our client works with high-end customers who expect nothing less than the best, so we're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a professional demeanor, and pay exceptional attention to detail.

While technical experience is important, we are first and foremost looking for candidates who exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude. If you can demonstrate these qualities, we are happy to train you and help you grow into the role.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to assess their carpet and floor cleaning needs.
• Apply stain treatments and pre-cleaning products to carpets and floors.
• Operate cleaning machines and hand-cleaning techniques to ensure top-quality results.
• Safely move furniture to access cleaning areas and reset furniture after cleaning.
• Dry carpets using drying machines to expedite the cleaning process.
• Upsell additional services and products, delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, both for yourself and your equipment.
• Process payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete daily tasks with attention to detail and minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
• Prior carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in pleasant conversations with clients.
• A positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering five-star service.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.

Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $72,000 per year (based on experience and commissions).
• Dental insurance and additional benefits.
• Tips are also earned on top of hourly wage.
